Lessons from COVID Crisis TO Build Better Bharat

 We cannot keep creating Doctors , Engineers, Healthcare workers  to serve the world.

This Crisis has exposed a very old known deficiency of our Education system . We have been creating layered Manpower with the creme going to serve the world after using India's Premium Education Infra created from Tax payers money like IIT,  IIM, medical colleges etc. 

Our Best Brains need to be held back mandatorily. We ae not here to Grow and Groom Best doctors, Engineers, Scientists , Lawyers for the world. 

They need to serve India First, if they are getting educated using Taxpayers Money.

Seats at IIT and Govt medical Institutions cost Crores.

Like Armed Forces.

All people being trained on govt cost should be under Oath , to Serve the People of India through Certified Govt projects.

Healthcare projects

Infrastructure Projects

R&D projects.

They will Intern for 5 years, after completing education  post which The best will be absorbed .

They can Write off thier Loans, with this service. 

The Nation needs these boards on line of UPSC. IAS officers, Bureaucracy has failed Bharat.

We were under prepared , stuck in bureaucratic red tapism , emboldened by political stagnation for years .

The Training based on British Manuals need Overhauling. But we don't need to stop there. 

We need to create Professional Services Corps for the Following Key Services to Start Making Bharat Ready 

We need Specialists with Administrative experiences and Training . Not Administrators with No passion , Training or education and only . 

Bharat Healthcare Services commission , run by Doctors, Healthcare professionals .  500 Doctors per year for next 10 years is 5000 Qualified Healthcare professionals .

Bharat Infrastructure Services commission run by Engineers.

Bharat Education Services Commission, Run by Qualified teachers and Educationists.

And Above all 5000 Teachers every year to Build 50000 Capacity of Best educationists .

Bharat Judicial Commission , Run by Qualified Lawyers. 5000 Lawyers as Judges every year, 50000 Judges to clear backlog and expedite Judiciary .

The Cost of these Investments can be easily recovered by Transforming Bharat Into Global Services Powerhouse.  

Bharat Sarkar Can lend these highly qualified professionals to Global enterprises on Deputation. 

All those who pass out of IIT, IIM , IILM should spend 5 years serving the nation. Mandatory . Once the investments done on them are recovered. The best can be retained at best packages to serve the country ..The Rest can go and work for MNC.

An equivalent of Short Services commission.

For a country the size of India. The flab of IAS , SSC, PCS officers is not helping us get better.

It's time Bharat moved away from British Era model of Governance/Administration

Skills based Meritocracy , with Enough passion in candidates to Work for Bharat . When work from home is the new global norm.

Work for Homeland /Motherland should be the next logical step.

Separate budgets for all 5 verticals. With Synergies at various levels to develop  cross functional efficiencies..

This was the first stress test of Bharat's healthcare , wellness , Education , Judiciary , and other services as how they can ensure continuity. Unfortunately most either went to rest in their ivory towers or were unprepared , clue less, with no training or Equipment's or plans to manage Something on this scale and Expanse.

We will.never be completely ready for 150 Crore people . But with such Bio Wars becoming tried and tested formula. Readiness is the key. With adequate manpower and resources to train and build such capacities. It's only a matter of intent .

Bharat Needs to Build capacities for This besides Revamping Its Law and Order Machinery in terms of SMART Policing, which has already happened in many cities. Now this needs to go to Next 100, 500, 1000 towns. 

Its Time to Rebuild Bharat with Renewed Focus on Building for 130 Crore Indians Capacities and Skills By Grooming and Using thier skills.
