Why BharatVarsha ? why Utishtha Bharat ?

Simply because We are in a hyperactive mode to correct historical wrongs. 

It starts with knowing who you are.

We are not India. India is an alien name derived from Indica book written by Greek Traveller Megasthenis

We are not Hindustan, as the root word of Hindu is Sindhu, Which is just a Geographical identification of people living along Sindhu River.

We are Bharat, for 5000 years we might have been ruled by Whosoever but we were always Bharat. 

That's why this Blog and this title. 

Utishta Bharat is a call, challenge invite to all the people living in this land, of the religions born in this land, of the cultures who embraced this land, to rise and make most of this opportunity of Resurgent Bharat. 

Bharat is bound to rise as Vishv Guru the moment we realize our strength as One Culture which is a network of multiple communities, their practices. All living in harmony with each other, respecting each other's cultures, values, traditions.

 

Thats who we have been wether it was Gupta period, Magadha, Mughal, Maratha, Lodhi, Chera, CHola, Pandya, British, or Congress whosoever ruled this country. 

Bharat has to embrace its roots, its culture, its religion. Sanatan Dharma. Not just a religion but Something which had no beginning or end, its Sanatan, Dharma, the right way. Not religion. The path is the path of Right. 

A Path that evolves with time, adapts. 

That's what Bharat Has been. 

Attacked by 100s and thousands. 

All came to Conquer Bharat, But many chose to stay back and make Bharat. 

Its time to recognize these invaders, segregate them from Builders. 

Its time to recognize the people who defined and redefined Bharat, from time to time. 

From Vedas, to Chankaya, To Guptas, Magadh, Chola, Pandya, Satkarnis, Marathas, Mughals, British. 

Its time honor and narrate stories of people who had a positive impact on the Idea of Bharat and not those left no stone to destroy the identity and idea of Bharat. 

Choose Dara Shikoh - Between Aurangzeb and Dara 

Choose Porus, Choose Ashoka, Choose Licchavis the first Democracy. 

Choose Nalanda, Takshila, Vikramshila as seats of Education 

Choose Nal Neel, Hoysalas, Chalukyas, Marathas as Architects and Builders of New India vs Mughals 

Choose to tell the stories of Warrior and Brave Mothers. Jija Bai, Rani RudhramaDevi among others. 

Choose to tell about Lal , Bal Pal, Subhash, Savarkar than just Gandhi and Nehru. 

Choose to tell the Story of Haifa and Sarahgarhi than 62 

 

Bharat is a land that has not attacked any country, From Afghanistan to Myanmar. The land under the Himalayas and surrounded by the ocean on three sides was One Bharat, One jambu Dweep. 

 

We are connected by our past, ancient past modern past. We have been fed to this Animosity to keep the arms race, the religious race going.  Let's get over it. 

 

anybody living in Bharat, who thinks he is a Bharatvasi first and then a Sanatan Dharmi, Sikh, Muslim, Christian should be part of NavBharat Abhiyaan. 

 

Bharat needs to write its History again.

History is written by BharatVasis. Proud BharatVasis. Proud of their roots, Confident of their future. 

BharatVasis who are knowledge treasure troves and not British educated Stooges. 

How will it help? 

It will help is India Reclaiming its rightful Place in the world, As the Knowledge Hub, Of the world, The leading light in the world. 

Not Just another developing country, by western benchmarks, trying to get into the group of developed group. 

But a leader, which is partnering, collaborating with other countries in making the world a better place.
