A Stronger, More Responsible , Safer United Bharat waiting on the other side

Once the crisis is over.

Bharat would emerge stronger, safer, responsible and United than ever before in its independent history .

And this is not Jingoism . Look around and there are proofs . 

We all come from a culture that beleives in cycle of creation, presevation and destruction. 

So destruction is necceasry for a new start. 

As things stand today, Bharat is emeging as the strongest country that has tackled Covid with comparative ease, minimal damages, functional society, humane lockdown, and an economy which is still functional .

Unlike China, which has now lost world's trust as a partner. Or US , France, Italy which inspite of being developed countries failed to take adquate measures and respond well. India almost in the same duration has done well . The lock down has desired impact, the essential services are up and running. the food supply lines have been well maintained . 

the migration of people to their hub towns has largely been non incidental . 

Now when they are there for 2-3 months before things start getting normal, there is a huge possibility that they would make revised calculations about life. What they lost and gained, how can they use thier experience in cities to start something , or make existing opportunities better . 

May be they never knew of welfare policies in thier villages and its impact. 

This will imporve the quality of life, people in cities, reduce jams, help in reducing pollution population. force companies to value people as they become a scarce resource. 

Bharat has learnt to Zoom. 

Suddenly we have realized that we can work without offices. 

We can work without Bosses sitting on our heads . We can work to goals, targets, commitments. be can be Self Motivated . 

We have realized that by saving 3 to 4 hours a day in Jams everyday. we have more time for our families, our selves, our passions. 

We have realized that our Needs are basic. Its our wants that are killing us.  No Movies, No Malls, to Instant buying, Instant Binging, Instant Partying, Boozing , has saved us more than 50% in monthly expenses , in some cases more. 

People will loose jobs in Malls, In Zomato, in Restaurants , In all such luxury destinations. So what ? is this the life they asked for. Tell me one person who came from uttarakhand to be a cook in a Delhi restaurant ?

Or show me one guy, who wants to be a delivery boy in Swiggy. They need to be, to survive. and thats true for every mnew age business. 

Its time businesses looked at they way they opearte in new light. Much more humane, yet slimmer . 

Bharat will come out Much wiser and Much stronger country after this crisis and also during the recoevery process. As it will have time and resources to fine tune its industry, work culture, policies, practices to cater to the new world order. 

Bharat which is still largely an agrarian economy , will do well if it focuses on Agriculture and Services as it core Industry. 

Services export will be the much in need growth driver, that India can easily Scale up to. Time to grab the challenge . 

Bharat needs to expedite its Green Business Model in lines of #EarthShastra and develop a new economic model on the cultural ideology of east based on needs vs Consumerist and want based model of the best , whcih was the prime reason for this disatser and many more in the past or that might come in future. 

Bharat's future will depend on how it leads the new business model based on global needs vs global breed. 

How will it use its demo graphic and geographic advantage to build an East Asian Eco system , Based on East asian culture , Value System. 

Not Western, Not middle Eastern, No Socialist . Specifically East Asian. Gaia, EarthShastra .
